Osimis is a startup based in Liège, Belgium. We help medical institutions to grow with our imaging solutions.
We are a team of 12 people and we have high ambitions. As a full stack developer you will be part of a team of seasoned software developers behind Lify. The Office manager's role is to act as a metronome onto the team, to make sure all is well organised and that everyone has the information they need at the right moment. You'll be in constant contact with the CEO, who'll rely on you for internal communication and organisation.
Your responsibilities
You will be in charge of HR administration (payroll, benefits, contracts, personal files, onboarding process, ...)
You will assist the CEO in the management of sales, marketing and legal aspects of the (growing) company
You will organise internal events and participate in the coordination of external events / communication
You will set up and maintain processes to create a framework that will help everyone work effectively and in a friendly atmosphere
You will be in charge of internal communication (Key Performance Indicators dashboard, ...)
You will assist the CEO in all administrative tasks inherent to the life of a growing business
Requirements
Outgoing personality
French and English speaking (written + oral)
