This module calculates IVIM MRI biomarkers (Intra-Voxel Incoherent Motions) by applying the bi-exponential modelling of the diffusion signal with the use of 2 different b-values. IVIM is an advanced diffusion method that allows the quantification of Diffusion (D), Perfusion (D*) and Vascular Fraction (f) of the tissues.

This module allows the differentiation of pure diffusion changes due to variations in the vascular component (it acts as a complementary information to the conventional ADC result) or allows to follow-up tumoral staging and the evaluation of treatment response.
