3D Bone microarchitecture + Mechanical analysis

This module is designed to calculate morphology irregularity and mechanical resistance properties. 

It provides a complete characterization of the trabecular bone, by analyzing volume percentage, trabecular thickness and separation and fractal dimension. 

For the mechanical analysis it quantifies and studies the elasticity of bone fracture risk, a simulation of the mechanical response of trabecular bone under certain loading conditions is applied. QUIBIM also provides a Quality of Trabecular Structure score which allows to quantify the whole bone morphology.

The analysis of the microarchitecture and the mechanical resistance analysis serves to detect patients with initial microarchitecture deterioration processes and assess treatment response in patients with pathological processes in early stages and with high sensitivity.
